BS3, BS4 petrol cars allowed in Delhi with condition: Here's who's exempt
The Commission for Air Quality Management has allowed individuals with disabilities to drive their personally adapted BS-III petrol and BS-IV diesel vehicles for personal use amidst a crackdown on older, more polluting vehicles in Delhi-NCR. Authorities have issued over 2.7 lakh challans for Pollution Under Control violations this year, with increasing enforcement of pollution norms.
