'Cash-for transfers' WhatsApp chats part of CBI dossier on Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann OSD
A set of WhatsApp chats has emerged, alleging monetary transactions involving senior Punjab government officials and DSPs. CBI's dossier includes these chats as they prepare to interrogate CM Bhagwant Mann's OSD Rajbir Singh Ghuman. Allegations suggest that intermediaries received bribes for influencing transfers and policy formulations affecting IAS and IPS officers. Additionally, documents indicate potential irregularities in real estate projects and the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority.
