CBFC announces five new rules for film certification, incomplete films won't be accepted

Filmmakers seeking certification from the Central Board of Film Certification must now abide by newly established guidelines. Films must be delivered in their complete final form to undergo the certification review. Additionally, filmmakers should be aware that predetermined release dates do not guarantee prioritized certification. It is advisable for producers to account for the necessary certification timeline in their release strategies to avoid any hold-ups.
