Central government staff who donate organs are entitled to 42 days of special CL
Central government employees who donate organs are now entitled to 42 days special casual leave to recover from the surgery and post-hospitalisation. The leave can be availed in one stretch starting from hospital admission, and in some cases, up to a week before surgery upon recommendation by a registered medical practitioner.
