Chennai rain: IMD issues yellow alert for north Tamil Nadu next week
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for four districts in Tamil Nadu, including Kancheepuram and Chengalpet, for November 26 and 27, anticipating the return of monsoon activity. An orange alert has been issued for six coastal districts from Cuddalore to Pudukottai, predicting heavy to very heavy rainfall on the same days.
