Cocaine in yarn parcel from West Africa, delivery in Ludhiana: How NCB trapped 47-year-old in Rs 30 crore drug bust
Customs officials in Mumbai seized 1.079 kg of cocaine valued at Rs 30 crores. The drugs were found hidden in a courier parcel from Cote d'Ivoire. A controlled delivery operation led to the arrest of Jaspreet Singh from Ludhiana. He was apprehended while receiving a dummy parcel. Singh faces charges under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.
