Cows take over Bengaluru ORR, police book owner after traffic chaos

The owner, Santosh E, was warned that future incidents could lead to cow seizure. Previously, similar disruptions occurred at Market Circle, endangering and attacking commuters. Authorities had previously warned owners about consequences for animals on city roads.
