Cuttack roads, waterlogging: HC summons top officials for special sitting on Aug 29
Pulling up authorities over Cuttack’s battered roads and chronic waterlogging, the Orissa High Court has convened a special sitting on Saturday and directed top state and civic officials to appear before it to explain the situation.
