Delhi court dismisses CJP legal head Ratna Singh’s plea seeking FIR against cops over 'detention'
Ratna Singh, head of legal affairs at the Cockroach Janta Party, was allegedly detained by police. She claimed they confined her to prevent participation in a protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. Singh filed an application seeking an FIR and demanded immediate release as she was not informed of the legal basis for her detention.
