Delhi Ladli enrolment drops 67% since launch, recovery remains uneven
Delhi's Ladli Scheme, aimed at empowering girls, has seen a significant 67.3% enrollment drop since 2008. Despite initial success, numbers plummeted, with implementation gaps and low awareness cited as key issues. The scheme is now being replaced by the Lakhpati Bitiya Yojana to offer better incentives for higher education.
