Divya files Rs 1 crore defamation suit against Bayilvan
Divya Sathyaraj initiated legal action against Bayilvan Ranganathan for making defamatory remarks following her YouTube interview. The Madras High Court has granted her interim protection and restrained Ranganathan from making further statements. Additionally, the court directed various platforms to prevent the circulation of the allegedly objectionable content. Divya Sathyaraj is seeking Rs 1 crore in damages from both Ranganathan and the YouTube channel owner.
