DJB tender case: Court sends Satyendar Jain, 4 others to 14-day judicial custody

A Delhi court has sent former minister Satyendar Jain and four others to judicial custody. The Anti Corruption Branch did not seek police custody for these accused individuals. Former DJB consultant Ankit Srivastava was granted two days of police custody by the court. The ACB alleged manipulation in a sewage treatment plant tender favoring a private company. The court noted that the accused had joined previous investigations when summoned.
