Dog missing: KMC van picks up stray, drops it 4km away from ‘home’ in Kolkata
A stray dog, captured by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC), has gone missing after allegedly being abandoned miles from its home. Although regulations mandate returning captured strays to their original location after vaccination and sterilization, this dog was released far away.
