Dubai's RTA has opened Phase I of the Hessa Street Development Project, a significant upgrade widening the road to four lanes in each direction and adding a 13.5 km cycling and e-scooter track. This AED 690 million initiative aims to double traffic capacity and enhance connectivity for over 640,000 residents by 2030.
