ED attaches properties worth Rs 75cr in PMLA case against pvt co
The Lucknow ED office has provisionally attached nine immovable properties worth Rs 75.16 crore under the PMLA, 2002, due to a fraud by Hacienda Projects Pvt Ltd. The properties are linked to siphoned investor funds routed through various companies, pushing the project into insolvency.
