Elderly woman dies after being hit by speeding vehicle in Thane
A 73-year-old woman, Pushpashri Shripad Agashe, was struck and killed by a vehicle in Thane while returning home after buying milk. The driver fled the scene, and Agashe later succumbed to her injuries. The police are investigating the incident and reviewing CCTV footage to locate the driver.
