Eow probe demanded into BEST’s chalo app over billing irregularities; chalo refutes charge

He claimed that only 2 lakh commuters actively use the app, while payments are based on an inflated figure of 30 lakh. The allegations suggested misuse of public funds amounting to over Rs 14 crore annually. Chalo refuted the charges and defended its contract terms regarding ticket issuance and technology deployment.
