Expired, mislabelled food worth Rs 1.38 crore seized from Bengaluru dark stores
A significant operation has led to the confiscation of expired food products valued at over Rs 1.38 crore from online delivery platforms. Medicines amounting to Rs 4.02 lakh were also seized. Officials unearthed a scheme involving the resale of expired items with falsely labeled new expiry dates at discounted rates. Legal measures will be aggressively pursued against all offenders.
