FB post doesn’t name PM Narendra Modi or refer to him, says UK-based doctor and YouTuber Sangram Patil

Patil challenged an FIR and lookout circular, denying any offense or conspiracy. He argued police are exceeding their jurisdiction by investigating beyond the post's content.
