Three individuals, including two Portuguese nationals, were arrested for possessing Malana Cream worth Rs 3 crores, intended for New Year's party distribution. The arrests in Delhi and Himachal Pradesh revealed that the foreign nationals were the main suppliers to foreigners in Goa and other rave party locations.
