Ganeshotsav gift: UMC rolls out property tax penalty waiver scheme from Sept 12
The Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation offers a property tax concession scheme for 2026-27. Taxpayers can receive up to a 100% waiver on delayed payment penalties. This scheme is implemented in three phases starting September 12. Different waiver percentages are available based on payment dates and amounts.
