GATE 2027 registration starts today: IIT Madras adds Robotics & Automation paper, check key dates
IIT Madras has released the GATE 2027 notification, with applications opening on September 2, 2026. Candidates can apply until September 27 without a late fee, while the extended deadline is October 5. The examination will be held on February 6, 7, 13, 14, 20 and 21, 2027. GATE 2027 will have 30 test papers, including the newly introduced Robotics & Automation paper. There is no age limit for applicants.
