Goods train derailment in Telangana's Peddapally disrupts Delhi-Chennai rail traffic
A goods train derailed near Raghavapur railway station in Peddapally district, disrupting rail traffic between Delhi and Chennai. Eleven rakes of a goods train carrying iron coils derailed. Over 30 express trains were cancelled or diverted. Railway track restoration work is underway. Thousands of passengers faced difficulties due to the disruption.
