Gujarat teen throttles infant cousin in bid to quieten her
In Surat, a 14-year-old boy killed his one-year-old cousin by strangling her in an attempt to stop her from crying. The incident occurred while their mothers were at work. Athwalines police booked the boy for culpable homicide not amounting to murder and are investigating further with the help of juvenile and social officers.
