In the resurfaced video, the three ministers were flying form Nagpur to Gadchiroli to attend the foundation stone-laying ceremony of a steel plant. Addressing the gathering after their arrival, Pawar narrated how the helicopter entered thick cloud cover, leaving no visibility outside.
