HC relief for suspended KPSC chief amid ED raids
The high court has overturned the governor's suspension order for KPSC chairperson Shivashankarappa S Sahukar. Justice Suraj Govindaraj ruled the suspension invalid without ministerial advice. Sahukar will be reinstated as chairperson within seven days of the order. However, he is restrained from acting on matters concerning his daughter's recruitment. The court did not examine the truth of allegations against the petitioner.
