Archana Jaisal established Shiksha Saathi to provide after-school education to children in rural Uttar Pradesh. The initiative also trains local women to become teachers, creating employment opportunities for them. Since its launch, Shiksha Saathi has reached thousands of students across six districts. Women like Neetu now earn a steady income while contributing to their communities' education. The organization continues to empower children and women through accessible educational resources.
