Bob Hope's iconic Palm Springs residence, designed by renowned architect John Lautner in the 1970s, showcased a one-of-a-kind architectural style. Initially priced at $50 million, the estate struggled to find a buyer, leading to a price drop to $24.999 million. Ultimately, in 2016, billionaire Ronald Burkle acquired it for $13 million. Today, the property remains a standout gem in the Palm Springs area.
