In a first, railways transport e-autos in modified goods rakes from Hyderabad to Delhi
For the first time, electric autos were transported from Hyderabad to Delhi on NMG rakes. The initiative by KETO Motors involved 200 electric autos on 25 wagons, covering 1,770 km to Bijwasan station. NMG rakes, designed for vehicle transport, ensured efficient loading and unloading. This move generated revenue of 17.5 lakh for the South Central Railway.
