Kangana's ‘Queen Forever’ gets a breather as Bombay HC refuses to stay sequel

The Bombay High Court has declined to impose a temporary ban on the release of 'Queen Forever', rejecting Phantom Studios' claims to equal rights for derivative projects stemming from 'Queen'. Jiostar India, despite receiving caution notices since April 2026, has proceeded with production. Consequently, the court's ruling eliminates any legal obstacles in the film's production process, allowing 'Queen Forever' to stay on schedule for its upcoming release.
