Ketan, Siya and Chetan seen in tourists’ Lohagad photos, witness statements: What chargesheet reveals
Pune rural police have presented a 5,300-page chargesheet related to Ketan Agarwal's murder. Evidence includes photographs from tourists showing the accused at Lohgad Fort. The investigation revealed attempts by Siya and Chetan to plan Ketan's harm and create a fake social media account. Eyewitness statements and digital evidence have also been collected. Senior advocate Ujjwal Nikam is set to be appointed as the special public prosecutor.
