Kotia gets to know legacy of Utkal’s great sons
Utkal Diwas celebrations in remote Kotia saw a historic photo exhibition, bringing Odisha's formation story to locals for the first time. The event, attended by dignitaries, showcased the contributions of Odia stalwarts and poets, fostering a deep sense of pride and belonging. Nearly 3,000 people participated in cultural programs, celebrating their shared heritage.
