Lamine Yamal separated from Spain squad ahead of World Cup final as federation issues update on fitness
Spain have eased concerns over Lamine Yamal's fitness after the teenager trained separately ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup final against Argentina. The RFEF and coach Luis de la Fuente insist the session was precautionary, with Pedro Porro also on an individual programme. Both players are expected to be fit as Spain chase a fourth World Cup title on Sunday.
