Ludhiana driver swindles NRI of Rs 28 lakh using cyber tricks learned on YouTube
A Ludhiana taxi driver, Palwinder Singh, defrauded an NRI of Rs 28 lakh by swapping his SIM card and using YouTube tutorials to learn cyber fraud techniques. He used the stolen money to build a house, claiming it was funded by a bank loan. Police recovered Rs 13.58 lakh and are investigating the availability of such tutorials online.
