Man arrested for cheating girlfriend of Rs 2 lakh under false marriage promises in Tamil Nadu
A 28-year-old man was arrested by the Thousand Lights all-women police station for cheating his girlfriend out of Rs 2 lakh by promising marriage and then marrying another woman. The victim, a senior executive at a corporate hospital, filed a formal complaint leading to his arrest and subsequent judicial custody.
