Man held for duping people with fake ‘traffic challans’
Cyber police in Puri arrested Kartik Hati for duping victims with fake traffic challan APK files. The accused, wanted in West Bengal for similar crimes, gained access to personal and banking data after victims clicked malicious links. Authorities have frozen his bank account and seized his phone.
