Man tries to sell home for $150,000, but cousin's four-year-old verbal deal holds up in court
A Kansas woman who claimed she agreed to buy her cousin's house and five acres of land in 2020 has won a property dispute after he received a $150,000 offer from another buyer. Tiffany Miller had taken over mortgage payments and made extensive repairs, but her cousin denied agreeing to sell. The Kansas Court of Appeals has upheld their verbal agreement.
