Mexican immigrant couple closes Colorado restaurant after 31 years as children build their own lives
A Colorado couple who moved from Mexico in 1995 with their three children opened Los Tarascos and ran it for 31 years. Jose and Maria Caballero are now closing the Fort Collins restaurant, saying they have achieved the dream that brought them to the US: giving their children the chance to build independent lives and careers outside the family business.
