Mumbai train alert: 75-day CSMT block from October 1; 8 long-distance trains short-terminated
Central Railway will implement a 75-day traffic and power block at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus from October 1. This block will affect train services as eight long-distance trains will be short-terminated. Construction activities will take place during the block, which aims to redevelop the heritage terminus. Passengers using the affected trains are advised to plan their journeys accordingly. The overall redevelopment project is expected to be completed by October 2028.
