Nagpur water crisis: 2 power failures disrupt raw water pumping, affect 70% city supply

Two power failures at the Mansar substation disrupted raw water pumping. This affected nearly seventy percent of Nagpur's water supply for the city. Raw water pumping halted after a thunderstorm caused the first power failure. Another major fault occurred after power was restored, which involved a cable explosion. Electricity personnel are now working to identify and fix the problem.
