The poor quality construction work at Nehru Stadium under the Smart City initiative is revealed, with damaged walkways and hazardous areas. Despite a Rs 21 crore investment and a virtual inauguration by Prime Minister Modi, the stadium remains non-operational due to unresolved handover issues between HDSCL and HDMC.
