OHRC orders compensation for witchcraft accusation victim in odisha
The Odisha Human Rights Commission has ordered the state government to compensate the family of a woman killed by villagers who suspected her of witchcraft. The commission recommended a payment of Rs 3 lakh to the family of Jasoda Singh, who was killed in 2018.
