Oppn must form Joint Action Committee to ensure fair SIR in Maharashtra, says SP MLA Rais Shaikh
Samajwadi Party MLA Rais Shaikh has urged opposition parties to form a Joint Action Committee to ensure transparency and fairness in Maharashtra's Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls. He fears unlawful removal of names, particularly from minority and marginalized communities, and calls for an urgent meeting during the budget session to finalize an action plan.
