Perarasu demands Nadigar Sangam building be named after Captain Vijayakanth
Director Perarasu emphasized the importance of honoring the late Captain Vijayakanth by proposing that the new Nadigar Sangam building be named after him. He credited Vijayakanth for his significant contributions towards alleviating the financial struggles faced by the association. In addition, Perarasu urged the need for dedicated theaters and show timings for small-budget films, alongside advocating monthly pensions for senior film workers in need.
