West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari's helicopter was diverted back to Siliguri due to inclement weather conditions. Poor visibility in the hilly region hindered a safe landing as he was headed to Kalimpong for a critical meeting focused on administrative matters and disaster readiness. Despite the diversion, plans for the meeting in Siliguri remain intact, with the possibility of Adhikari joining through a virtual platform.
