Ranchi police apprehended Arjun Bhokta (32) on Wednesday for allegedly setting fire to a bus at Khadgarha bus stand on February 1. The incident followed an earlier fire on Sunday that destroyed six buses, with a second fire occurring Monday at the terminal.
