Ranchi Police Bust Opium Syndicate, Seize Rs 88.5 Lakh Worth of Poppy Bulbs and Cash
Ranchi police apprehended a syndicate member involved in illegal opium and poppy bulb sales, seizing materials valued at approximately Rs 88.50 lakh and Rs 2.28 lakh in cash. The operation in Budri village led to the recovery of 35 bags of poppy plant bulbs, 700 grams of opium, and a digital weighing machine.
