Reliance shares surge 7%, eye best single-day gain in over 2 years: What's driving the rally?
Reliance Industries has seen a notable surge in its share price following its impressive quarterly results for September. The consolidated net profit surged significantly, largely thanks to the performance of the oil-to-chemicals sector, which benefited from higher refining margins. Although retail revenue showed a less robust growth, JioMart's performance stood out with impressive increases. As a result, analysts have revised their earnings projections upward in light of these strong outcomes.
