RJD MLA threatens to occupy seat allotted to CM Nitish Kumar in Bihar assembly
Tensions flared in the Bihar Assembly on Thursday as an opposition MLA, Bhai Virendra, threatened to occupy the Chief Minister's chair, protesting against rebel MLAs seated on the ruling side. Speaker Nand Kishor Yadav summoned marshals and adjourned the session. Opposition leader Tejashwi Yadav later stated their primary concern was the Speaker's inaction on disqualifying the defecting MLAs.
