Road safety crackdown: Sivasagar temporarily suspends 20 licences
In a proactive move for road safety, the Sivasagar district has put a hold on 20 driving licenses for a period of three months. This measure includes eight offenders caught drink driving, eight for dangerously overloaded trucks, and four for neglecting their helmet use.
